5 Reasons most ambitious woman fail to create healthy, meaningful and balanced lives
As a Women’s Wellness Coach, I have had countless of hours of deep conversations with women and I have noticed many shared beliefs and patterns. Many ambitious women sacrifice their wellbeing in order to reach their goals, but the reality is, the hustling strategy in life rarely give the results they expect and leave them depleted. I believe that the following five reasons may be why you struggle to create a healthy, balanced and meaningful life.
Working on your mind and body but never connect spiritually.
You may have a preconceived idea of what a “spiritual person” looks like and don't identify with that image. Truth is, spirituality is yours to define and what that looks like is up to you. For some of my clients, that is simply to be a kind person, connect to their hearts or live in harmony with nature. Together we can explore what spirituality means to you.
Believing that success means sacrificing personal needs and health.
The most important relationship we have is the one with ourselves. Self-care should be your highest priority as it allows you to be the best version of yourself and everyone around you benefit from the renewed energy and joy you exhibit.

There is a tendency to set unrealistic goals which sets you up for disappointment when life gets in the way, no matter how good the intention was. You may think that what's missing in you life is a new job, perfect partner, an expensive handbag or fancy apartment, so you mindlessly pursue these goals. Once the goal is reached, the satisfaction only lasts for a brief moment and the endless chase continues.
